HDWIH LLC is a woman-owned small minority business. One of our expertise is to provide organizational development training based on “State of Mind”, an inside-out approach to strengthening yourself. Our goal is to introduce the “Three Principles of Mind, Consciousness and Thought” (3Ps) as discovered by Sydney Banks to individuals and organizations, who are looking to improve their human resources potential.
The Three Principles understanding does not look at WHAT we are experiencing, but HOW we are experiencing it.
This approach is also linked to our customized international development services, as it is essential to delivering success in this field.
Our organizational training services are unique, as they address the needs of each organization and individual holistically. Our primary focus is on the “State of Mind” and the viewpoint from which executive leaders, managers and the people collaborate, view themselves and the environment they operate in.
The compelling fact at the core of our organizational training effort is that all personal perceptions are rooted and generated by thought. Our training programs, retreats and consulting services introduce a simple but powerful understanding that has the capacity to evoke in people their own insights into the principle of thought; allowing them to see themselves, their colleagues and their work environment from a totally new “state of mind”. This approach is also linked with our customized international development services, as it is essential to delivering success in this field. We offer customized services in:
This approach has helped implementers and beneficiaries alike come to the realization that they create their experiences from the inside out, which frees them from the usual misunderstanding that life is happening to them from the outside-in. As a result, organizations will see increase in productivity, more creativity, innovation, and commitment from the beneficiaries, which will result in project sustainability.
